2018 MPAC-WNY Outstanding American Muslim Millennial Awards
CRITERIA
- Applicants must be between age 16 to 28;
- Applicant must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident of the United States (Provide Proof);
- Applicant must be a resident of WNY, even if currently attending out of town school (Provide Proof);
- 3 letters of recommendation must be sent confidentially to MPAC-WNY;
- Incomplete applications will not be considered for the award;
- Completed application and supporting letters should be sent to: wny@mpac.org
- Our mailing address: MPAC-WNY Annual Banquet set for May 12, 2018
