2018 MPAC-WNY Outstanding American Muslim Millennial Awards

CRITERIA

  • Applicants must be between age 16 to 28;
  • Applicant must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident of the United States (Provide Proof);
  • Applicant must be a resident of WNY, even if currently attending out of town school (Provide Proof);
  • 3 letters of recommendation must be sent confidentially to MPAC-WNY;
  • Incomplete applications will not be considered for the award;
  • Completed application and supporting letters should be sent to: wny@mpac.org
  •  Our mailing address:   MPAC-WNY Annual Banquet set for May 12, 2018

Incomplete application will not be considered

Deadline: Midnight, Friday April 27, 2018 (No exceptions)
